World War II: A Time of Darkness

World War II still remains one of the biggest conflicts between super powers of the world to this day. It also holds one of the biggest death tolls, which totals to over 60 million people. According to militaryfactory.com, the casualtie number for the U.S. alone was 407,316 people. For my interview, I am going to uncover through my grandfather, the stories and experiences of his brother Chester and how life was back then in the war, and to be a U.S. soldier in a time of great darkness. "More than 50 nations took part in the war, which changed the world forever." http://www2.scholastic.com/browse/article.jsp?id=4605. A quote that shows that soldiers all over the world experienced one of the bloodiest and deadliest wars of all time.

  1. Good title, intro, and image! Just be sure to add a CAPTION to the image.

Also in-text citations need to be handled properly according to APA rules. You cannot simply say, "According to --- (website)" or just insert a quote followed by a URL. Check one of the Research sites I've shown the class for APA rules, and apply them to your paper. (Both for the in-text citations and for the References list. Right now, neither are handled correctly.)

Also remember, any source mentioned/quoted in the paper must be listed on the References page. And don't forget to include your interview subjects as well!
